1. First Day!!!

    Okay!! I am on the path to being fit!!!!   I got up at 5 am this morning, and I started working out with the p90x!!  I dread working out, so I decided to start early so I can get it over with.  Now I feel accomplished and no dread of working out when I get home from work! Yay!

      I can’t follow the meal plan that it provides right now, but I have adjusted my diet to…

    • No soda or alchohol drinks
    • No eating at fast food restaurants
    • No mindless eating or eating cause I’m bored
    • Drink lots of H2O!!!
    • Eat 6 meals a day, small portions, healthy foods

    Today I did the P90x arms, back and abs workout.  I loved it except for the abs.. I don’t know if i’m really doing it right, bc i usually get a burn from ab workouts, but now this one. idk… I’m kinda let down by it.  Maybe my form isn’t right.  I’ll focus better next ab work out.  Tomorrow is plyometrics!! Legs!!   I’m actually excited.

  2. Getting Started…

    Grrr…… this is the hardest thing for me to do! I dread it more than anything.  I am one of those people who make any excuse in the world.. the best one I have came up with (and used for the past 2 years) is “it’s better to start on Mondays.”  But Monday always goes by, and then leaves. So “i’ll start next monday”.  But it’s time to start workin this off! I want to see my hips!

    Honestly, I don’t know where to start… I own P90x and Firm.  I intended to use them, but you know how that goes.  And I seriously don’t know how to eat right.. I guess I’ll go with the P90x.  So I guess I should go find it..

    I wish I may, I wish I might, … have everything on this list. lol

    • The Hungry Girl Book
    • MOTIVATION to eat right and exercise!!
    • Money to buy healthier foods!
    • My own house
    • A healthy fit bod (complete w/ abs)
    • Money to do stuff with.
    • Both time and money to go back to college for business or photo school.
    • and a loyal companion. (Austrailian Shepherd preferably)

    To sum it up, I need motivation to work hard (for both extra money, and on my bod!)

    So I will be using this to blog my goals.. probably focusing more on losing weight & making a career. (Fyi, I am a massage therapist who wants to do everything in life.  Massage therapy is a really good fall back plan but I also would like to travel and take photos. :) It’s just hard getting started.)

    Hello Tumblr. World!  I’m new at this! So I don’t really know what i’m doing but i’m sure i’ll figure it all out soon!  Hopefully blogging will help me get motivated! I hope I will find some motivation to achieve some goals! And share some random info while i’m at it!
