1. Getting Started…

    Grrr…… this is the hardest thing for me to do! I dread it more than anything.  I am one of those people who make any excuse in the world.. the best one I have came up with (and used for the past 2 years) is “it’s better to start on Mondays.”  But Monday always goes by, and then leaves. So “i’ll start next monday”.  But it’s time to start workin this off! I want to see my hips!

    Honestly, I don’t know where to start… I own P90x and Firm.  I intended to use them, but you know how that goes.  And I seriously don’t know how to eat right.. I guess I’ll go with the P90x.  So I guess I should go find it..
