First Day!!!
Okay!! I am on the path to being fit!!!! I got up at 5 am this morning, and I started working out with the p90x!! I dread working out, so I decided to start early so I can get it over with. Now I feel accomplished and no dread of working out when I get home from work! Yay!
I can’t follow the meal plan that it provides right now, but I have adjusted my diet to…
- No soda or alchohol drinks
- No eating at fast food restaurants
- No mindless eating or eating cause I’m bored
- Drink lots of H2O!!!
- Eat 6 meals a day, small portions, healthy foods
Today I did the P90x arms, back and abs workout. I loved it except for the abs.. I don’t know if i’m really doing it right, bc i usually get a burn from ab workouts, but now this one. idk… I’m kinda let down by it. Maybe my form isn’t right. I’ll focus better next ab work out. Tomorrow is plyometrics!! Legs!! I’m actually excited.
